About the role
As Production Manager PCBA, you are responsible for the daily performance, quality, and development of 5 production teams (170 FTE total). You create a safe, engaging working environment while driving operational excellence on the shop floor.
Key responsibilities:
Leadership & team development: Lead, coach, and develop production teams. Fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and ownership. Actively participate in recruitment, onboarding, and talent development to build strong balanced teams
Operational Performance: Daily Performance Management, identify operational risks early and take corrective action where needed
Resource & Capacity Management: Budget responsible for the department, optimize the allocation of resources
Quality & Process Control: Ensure robust application of quality standards and process discipline
Continuous Improvement & change management: Lead and contribute to improvement projects in close collaboration with quality, product and engineering teams

What you bring
A (technical) bachelor’s or master’s degree.
At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing or production environment
Proven ability to lead, develop, and engage people, bringing out the best in diverse teams
Strong analytical skills: able to use data to drive decisions and performance improvements
Confident decision‑maker who balances structure, pragmatism, and collaboration
Comfortable setting direction while leveraging the expertise of specialists and technicians
Experience with improvement initiatives and project-based work in operations.
Fluent in English.
