About the role

As Production Manager PCBA, you are responsible for the daily performance, quality, and development of 5 production teams (170 FTE total). You create a safe, engaging working environment while driving operational excellence on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities:

  • Leadership & team development: Lead, coach, and develop production teams. Fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and ownership. Actively participate in recruitment, onboarding, and talent development to build strong balanced teams

  • Operational Performance: Daily Performance Management, identify operational risks early and take corrective action where needed

  • Resource & Capacity Management: Budget responsible for the department, optimize the allocation of resources

  • Quality & Process Control: Ensure robust application of quality standards and process discipline

  • Continuous Improvement & change management: Lead and contribute to improvement projects in close collaboration with quality, product and engineering teams

What you bring

  • A (technical) bachelor’s or master’s degree.

  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing or production environment

  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and engage people, bringing out the best in diverse teams

  • Strong analytical skills: able to use data to drive decisions and performance improvements

  • Confident decision‑maker who balances structure, pragmatism, and collaboration

  • Comfortable setting direction while leveraging the expertise of specialists and technicians

  • Experience with improvement initiatives and project-based work in operations.

  • Fluent in English.
