  • Taking responsibility to meet the quality requirements and standards

  • Troubleshooting and performing root cause analyses

  • Being present on the production floor to be able to do the above in the best possible way.

What we offer

  • A performance-based salary that grows with your results

  • 33 vacation days (including public holidays) plus 13 additional ADV days per year to support a healthy work–life balance

  • Pension plan and travel allowance for on-site working days

  • Focus on personal development with a tailored growth plan

  • A young, entrepreneurial, and innovative company culture

  • Flexible working hours in a 24/7 environment, with free lunch or dinner on-site

  • iPhone, laptop, and other necessary tools to help you perform your work optimally

  • Free sports facilities on campus to help you stay healthy and fit

What you bring

  • MBO4, associate degree or bachelor’s level in a technical field (mechatronics, mechanics, electronics, software)

  • Strong affinity with machine control, automation and production software

  • Able to understand and develop complex machine logic and process flows

  • Practical, hands-on mindset

  • Feels ownership for production performance and quality

  • Able to switch quickly between development, troubleshooting and improvement work
