When this Privacy Notice refers to “we”, “us”, or “Prodrive”, it refers to the entity acting as the controller of your personal data under this Privacy Notice. This is the Prodrive Technologies affiliate with which you have, had, or will have a business or recruitment relationship, or which otherwise determines which of your personal data are collected and how they are processed, including Prodrive Technologies B.V., The Netherlands.

Prodrive Technologies B.V. acts as the central point of contact for privacy matters. Prodrive Technologies consists of affiliated legal entities that are part of the Prodrive group, in which Prodrive Technologies B.V. exercises direct or indirect control. Prodrive Technologies operates exclusively in a business‑to‑business (B2B) context.
