The work is complex. The rest is simple.
A cabinet takes about forty hours to build. You work a full shift on one product and watch it go from a bare base to a system that lights up and runs. The technology is complex. Your job is to build it with care, precision and attention to detail. We provide the training and support to get you there.
Clear salary
€3,380 to €4,190 a month (full-time, including shift allowance).
Time off
33 vacation days including public holidays, plus 13 ADV days.

You start with the basics and keep building your expertise. Soldering, testing, new products. Our own training center and experienced colleagues help you master each next step. Together with your manager, you shape your path. Tom went from part-time employee to Team Leader in just a few years.

Ten people build one cabinet in one shift, next to the teams building the modules that go into it. People from more than 70 nationalities work at Prodrive, yet the teams stay small and the lines stay short. Everyone is approachable, and if you do not know something, someone will help you. That is how a large company can still feel personal.
