About the role
Within our Customer Service department, we ensure that customer modules are repaired quickly, accurately, and with high quality. Our department is internationally diverse, growing rapidly, and requires more structure, predictability, and professional planning. That’s why we are looking for a Service Production Planner who shows ownership, thinks ahead, and elevates our planning processes to the next level.
As a Production Planner, you are responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving the planning for all service and repair orders. In this role, you collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across multiple departments including Production, Logistics, and Procurement. You play a key role in professionalizing the department by bringing structure, making bottlenecks visible, and actively driving improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Increase on-time Delivery reliability by proactively identifying risks and improvement opportunities
Identify opportunities to improve planning processes
Reduce the number of open orders through structured planning and prioritization
Responsible for managing component inventory
Ensure consistent and disciplined execution of all stage‑gate steps to prevent errors, delays, and misalignment.

What you bring
Bachelor’s or higher degree, preferably combined with 2+ years experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Operations
Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Excel and BI tools)
Affinity with continuous improvement
Knowledge of production scheduling, capacity planning, inventory management & optimization (Preferably experience with SAP Production Planning and SAP Materials Management)
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills, especially in identifying bottlenecks and material risks solving and decision-making skills
Effective crisis management, handling disruptions, delays, or urgent changes
High attention to detail, ensuring accurate planning and preventing excess work in progress or production misalignment
Excellent collaboration skills to work with multiple stakeholders and balance priorities
Excellent command of the English language, essential for working in an international and diverse department
