About the role

You’ll continuously elevate product quality, manufacturability, cost performance and supply robustness. Together with your product team, you will ensure that every lifecycle phase—from introduction to maturity and ultimately phase‑out—is managed in a structured, predictable, and data‑driven way. Your leadership will help secure long-term reliability and customer satisfaction while enabling our technologies to evolve with confidence and clarity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a dedicated product team, taking full ownership of a product group for a key customer throughout the entire lifecycle

  • Manage timelines, resources, risks, and budgets across multiple disciplines to ensure stable, predictable product performance

  • Secure strong QLTC performance together with your product team, consistently meeting customer expectations

  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional experts, including hardware, software, design, industrialization, and quality teams, to drive lifecycle improvements

  • Continuously improve products, focusing on manufacturability, reliability, cost optimization, and long-term supply robustness

What you bring

  • BSc, BEng, or MSc in Engineering

  • Project/product management experience across full lifecycle

  • Understanding systems that combine hardware and software

  • Familiar with stage gating processes and gate reviews

  • Experienced in leading functional teams while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning and operational efficiency

  • You make bold, confident decisions that move things forward with clarity and momentum

  • You actively create meaningful connections, build trust to help everyone succeed

  • You stay grounded, focusing on what truly works and turning ideas into impactful results
