Job Description

As Junior Account Manager you work closely with the Key Account Lead to support profitable growth across multiple customers through strong execution and control. You maintain reliable operational relationships with customer counterparts and support stakeholder interactions and commercial discussions through preparation and follow-up. A key focus is managing quotations, tracking orders and deliveries, monitoring pipeline/backlog. Also following up on payments—bringing structure, transparency, and coordination to enable consistent delivery and overall account success. Your main responsibilities are:

• Own structured oversight of delivery schedules, quotation pipeline, order intake/backlog, and payment status—ensuring timely follow‑up, accurate tracking, and early risk signaling

• Operate as the first point of contact, building and maintaining operational customer relationships while supporting commercial discussions by preparing meetings, providing input, ensuring clear communication, and driving follow-up on actions.

• Support Account Plan execution by tracking actions/progress, coordinating internal stakeholders, and ensuring timely follow‑up

• Contribute to performance improvement (QLTC), governance meetings, and customer communication by preparing data, documenting outcomes, and ensuring continuity

• Identify and signal growth opportunities based on day‑to‑day interactions, pipeline insights, and customer needs; support the KAL in converting these via internal alignment and well‑prepared input

• Build working knowledge of contractual agreements (e.g., GPA, SLA, pricing agreements) and ensure operational actions align with agreed terms; flag deviations when needed

• Provide structured reporting on account status, quotation/order pipeline, delivery performance, and risks/issues so stakeholders are informed clearly and on time

• Coordinate with product lifecycle teams to align internal actions with customer agreements, track dependencies, and bring the right people together to resolve issues— while representing the customer voice

• Support development/maintenance of Account Plans by collecting input (customer feedback, operational performance, pipeline data) and ensuring structured follow‑up

What we offer

  • Performance-based salary growth that rewards your results

  • 33 vacation days per year, including public holidays

  • Flexible working hours

  • Time-for-time compensation when working extra hours

  • Strong focus on personal development, supported by a tailored growth and learning plan

  • Extensive career opportunities, with progression across a wide range of functions and projects

  • A young, entrepreneurial, and innovative company culture where initiative is encouraged

  • Free access to the company gym

  • Free lunch, dinner and healthy snacks available every day on-site

What You Bring

• 1+ year experience in a high‑tech manufacturing environment is preferred

• You communicate clearly, proactively, and structured with internal and external stakeholders; you listen well and ask the right follow‑up questions

• You have basic business acumen (cost, pricing, margin) and are eager to develop further

• You’re a team player in cross‑functional environments and naturally connect people to solve issues

• You show ownership & proactiveness: you keep overview, work structured, follow through on commitments, and chase actions

• Business‑level English, both spoken and written
