About the role

We’re looking for a driven Process Engineer who is passionate about optimizing and shaping inspection processes within our PCBA Manufacturing department. In this key role, you'll be the driving force behind robust, high-quality workflows that support our mission to deliver excellence on a scale. 

You will also play a meaningful part in advancing our automation, efficiency, and continuous improvement goals — making a lasting impact on both our products and production capabilities. 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Develop, implement and improve manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality and cost effectiveness  

  • Investigate process-related issues and implement corrective actions  

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives  

  • Evaluate and introduce new technologies or automation solutions  

  • Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure equipment reliability  

  • Create and maintain process documentation   

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s or master’s in a engineering field (preferably electrical, mechanical, physics or industrial engineering) 

  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies

  • Strong data analysis skills (SPC, DOE, KPI monitoring) 

  • Knowledge of statistical tools and MS Excel for data analysis

  • Understanding of quality standards (ISO, IPC) and regulatory requirements 

  • Ability to create and maintain process documentation (PFMEA, Control Plans) 

  • Preferred Knowledge of IATF16949, ISO9001 and familiar with APQP, PPAP  

  • Influence and leadership in drive change initiatives
