About the role
We’re looking for a driven Process Engineer who is passionate about optimizing and shaping inspection processes within our PCBA Manufacturing department. In this key role, you'll be the driving force behind robust, high-quality workflows that support our mission to deliver excellence on a scale.
You will also play a meaningful part in advancing our automation, efficiency, and continuous improvement goals — making a lasting impact on both our products and production capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement and improve manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality and cost effectiveness
Investigate process-related issues and implement corrective actions
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Evaluate and introduce new technologies or automation solutions
Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure equipment reliability
Create and maintain process documentation
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations

What you bring
Bachelor’s or master’s in a engineering field (preferably electrical, mechanical, physics or industrial engineering)
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies
Strong data analysis skills (SPC, DOE, KPI monitoring)
Knowledge of statistical tools and MS Excel for data analysis
Understanding of quality standards (ISO, IPC) and regulatory requirements
Ability to create and maintain process documentation (PFMEA, Control Plans)
Preferred Knowledge of IATF16949, ISO9001 and familiar with APQP, PPAP
Influence and leadership in drive change initiatives
