About the role

As a Work Preparator PCBA, you will prepare, optimize, and support manufacturing test processes for both new and existing products within PCBA production department. You will work closely with process specialists, and production teams to ensure high quality, manufacturability, and performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and configure PCBA test machine files

  • Collaborate with design and process teams during product introductions

  • Fine-tune and optimize test machines for series and volume production

  • Identify, root-cause, and resolve production issues (short, medium, and long-term solutions)

  • Provide feedback to design teams to improve Design for Manufacturability (DFM)

  • Drive corrective actions, process improvements, and quality/safety enhancements

  • Analyze trends and implement optimizations for quality, output, and cost

  • Support daily production operations and meet quality & delivery targets

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or a related technical field

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably in analysis or testing of electronic systems

  • Hands-on mindset with strong problem-solving skills

  • Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail

  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility

  • Knowledge of PCBA and IPC standards

  • Experience with root cause analysis and data-driven improvements

  • Familiarity with inspection software tools (Viscom or similar)

  • Strong team player with excellent organizational skills

  • Forward-thinking approach to manufacturing methods

  • Proficient in English (written and spoken)

  • Willing to work in 2 shifts, weekly schedule: Morning shift 06:00 - 14:15​/ Afternoon shift 14:15 – 23:00, on Fridays 14:15 – 20:30
