About the role
As a Technician – Soldering & PCBA, you will work on the assembly, repair, and rework of electronic components and printed circuit boards. You will handle component‑level diagnostics, perform precision soldering, and ensure that all work meets IPC quality standards. In this role, you support production and engineering teams by delivering high‑quality repairs and contributing to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform PCBA rework according to IPC 610 and IPC 7711 standards
Solder SMD/SMT and Through‑Hole components using professional soldering tools
Document repair and rework activities in internal systems
Support engineering teams with troubleshooting and technical improvements

What you bring
Experienced in IPC standards — minimum 3 years with IPC 610 and IPC 7711
Skilled in fine‑pitch soldering and precision component handling
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality
Independent and reliable — able to work with minimal supervision
Problem‑solving mindset for diagnosing complex electronic issues
Team‑oriented and able to collaborate effectively
