· Act as the technical bridge between R&D and Production, ensuring design decisions are scalable and practical for manufacturing
· Select and evaluate system components, ensuring technical feasibility, performance, cost-effectiveness, and manufacturability
· Lead and support EMC/EMI testing activities, analyze results, and drive corrective actions when necessary
· Perform measurements, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis on the production floor when issues arise
· Maintain a holistic system view and continuously assess technical decisions within the broader product and business context
· Drive technical discussions, align stakeholders across different disciplines, and balance competing priorities to reach the best system-level solution
· Bring together different perspectives from hardware, software, manufacturing, quality, and project management teams to achieve project goals
