Key responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment safe, reliable, and ready for use
Coordinate equipment calibration and maintenance planning
Maintain a clean, organized, and 5S-compliant service area
Troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize downtime
Act as the first point of contact for equipment-related questions and defects
Drive continuous improvements to equipment reliability, safety, and workplace organization.

What you bring
A technical background (Vocational for example mbo 3/4 or Bachelor) in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Automotive
Experience with preventive maintenance and equipment management
Hands-on troubleshooting skills
2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
A proactive and structured way of working
Affinity with mechanics, electronics, and basic software troubleshooting
An eye for detail and a strong sense of ownership
Knowledge of 5S or Lean is a plus
Excellent command of the English language, essential for working in an international and diverse department.
