About the role
Are you passionate about quality, precision, and continuous improvement? As a Quality Inspector, you’ll be a key player in our Quality team, ensuring excellence in the logistics department. You’ll provide hands-on support for quality-related challenges, drive problem-solving initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvements.
Core responsibilities include conducting incoming inspections, performing stock checks, and executing quality audits across various logistics work centers. Additionally, serve as the primary point of contact for non-conforming goods within the packing operations
Plan, perform, and coordinate inspections of packed goods and incoming materials
Document and manage non‑conforming goods accurately
Support and perform root cause analyses and implement corrective actions
Contribute to improvement initiatives for packing processes, material flow, and incoming quality
Share quality knowledge and guide logistics handlers and packers on the shop floor
Ensure work instructions are consistently followed and identify compliance gaps
Collaborate with Quality Engineering, Logistics, and Production teams

What you bring
Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, or high-tech production environment
Strong attention to detail and the discipline to strictly follow work instructions and procedures
Quality-oriented mindset and eagerness to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
Experience with mechanical and electronic parts
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and data sheets
Strong communication skills and a cooperative mindset
A proactive, problem-solving attitude with the motivation to drive root cause analyses and implement improvements
Flexible and comfortable in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities
