About the role
We have multiple positions available for talented (early career) professionals in Operations. As Operations Talent you will join our operations organization and embark on a challenging development journey where you can gain hands-on experience across production, supply chain, process improvement, planning, and project management.
Key responsibilities:
Depending on your interests and development path, you may:
Lead improvement projects focused on productivity, quality, delivery performance, and operational excellence
Analyze operational data and translate insights into concrete actions
Support production and supply chain teams in solving complex challenges
Drive process optimization initiatives using Lean and continuous improvement methodologies
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and logistics
Take ownership of projects with measurable business impact
Develop leadership skills by working closely with experienced managers and stakeholders across the organization
You could think of positions such as Production Planner, Engineer, Team Leader, Supply Coordinator etc.

You bring:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
A proactive mindset and the confidence to take ownership
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Affinity with technology, manufacturing, and operational processes
Fluency in English
